Can’t imagine how the retreat and accommodations could have been more perfect. The setting was idyllic with Mother Nature at her best. Stars were glorious at night and rolling hills inviting during the day. Staff were responsive and considerate. Daily events and ceremonies were organized and conducted to be inclusive and with heart. Overall, it was masterfully planned and a joy to experience. Thank you!

This was my third retreat in Costa Rica with PMP. Each one has been unique, but all have been amazing! The facilitators are absolutely safe and trustworthy, the staff and food are delightful, and the other participants become like family by the end of the week. It's not a relaxing vacation—it can be challenging and there are some nights with little sleep—so it's a good idea to schedule some extra time in CR at the end of your trip if you want to relax on the beach. It's not easy, but the inner work is well worth it!
