What an amazing sacred space Kat creates. From the moment I arrived, I felt seen, heard, supported, and completely safe. Kat and her staff are exceptional—warm, knowledgeable, professional, and truly dedicated to creating a healing and transformative experience. The journey itself was incredible, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and carried with care and intention. I highly recommend this dieta experience to anyone seeking deep healing, personal growth, and a genuine sense of connection.

The PMP retreat in Costa Rica was truly magical from start to finish. From the moment I signed up, the level of care and organization stood out. The preparation beforehand was thoughtful, clear and really helped set the tone for the experience. Once there, everything felt intentional and beautifully structured. The team created such a safe and supportive environment and you could genuinely feel how much they cared about each person’s journey. They took the time to guide, support and hold space in a way that felt both professional and deeply human. The location itself is something special. Surrounded by nature, it feels peaceful and grounding. At the same time, the accommodations strikes a perfect balance; while it’s a retreat focused on inner work, you’re still incredibly comfortable. The tents are well maintained with comfortable beds and the bathroom facilities are high-end, which makes a huge difference in allowing you to fully rest and recharge. The food was another highlight, consistently fresh and healthy. It felt nourishing in every sense and clearly prepared with the same level of care and intention as the rest of the experience. What really stood out was how seamless the entire experience felt. The schedule, the care, the environment, everything was thoughtfully planned out end to end. It’s rare to find a retreat that combines deep, meaningful work with such a high level of comfort and attention to detail. I left feeling supported, expanded and deeply grateful for the experience.

There are truly no words to adequately describe the experience of this retreat. The beautiful location, the nourishing food, and the trust and safety Kat and her team created was out of this world. The space that was held with such loving kindness has changed me forever. I am eternally grateful to Kat for this amazing, transformative experience.

Fantastic experience. Everything was well organized, the venue was superb and the facilitators created an environment that worked for everyone and their individual circumstances and needs.
